This product is a vapor phase virgin activated carbon that has been developed specifically for odor removal from sewage treatment operations. This bituminous coal-based product is unique in that it provides high adsorption capacity for H2S without chemical impregnants and adsorbs volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in an effective manner. It provides high H2S absorption capacity but without the thermal risks associated with some chemically treated carbons.

3.Mixina powdered crude coa with water and coa tar then extrudina. cooina and drving
4. Carbonizing the extruded material in rotary kiln:
5. Activating of carbonizing pellet material in SLEP shaft furnace.
6. Screening the activating pellet material, uniforming and de-dusting;
7. Putting finished and eliaible carbons into packages
